Behind the scenes
When there’s not too much going on social media-wise, it doesn’t mean that it’s all quiet here in Harlingen. Of course you can find me in the gym 2 or 3 times a week as you can’t start soon enough with getting fit. And there’s blisters on my tongue (rather have those on my hands) cause there’s so much talking going on! Other things worth mentioning:
- Anytime Fitness is still on board as a sponsor as they let me sport over there for free which is véry convenient
- More sponsor news: Welcome to Druktemakers, (part of Haan Reclamewerk) a business textile print company. They convinced Craft sportswear to provide me with great sportswear. Very happy with that!

A Sunglasses is so kind to offer me two pairs of shades, class 3 and 4 so… appropriate for the ocean! - Saskia van Boven, a good friend and owner of Van Boven Onderwijs Advies, gave me a financial push. Thanks a bunch!
When I’m not working, I’m on tour with visiting various groups of interested people. Either from a company, some village, or a public gathering: all over Friesland you can find me providing presentations about my previous row and preparing my next one. That hasn’t led to the one major sponsor but still working on it. I was also on BOOT Düsseldorf. That is a HUGE event and they gave me the opportunity to give 5 presentations. Thanks to all people who made this possible! I had a great time.
